To place a custom order fill out the information below. Please provide as much detail as possible about the desired theme for your strawberries in the comment section. We will reach out shortly to discuss your request.
FAQ
How many strawberries will I get?
Full dozen includes 13 strawberries, half dozen includes 6 strawberries. Word of mouth is our favorite form of advertisement so all full dozen comes with one free strawberry individually wrapped for your to share!
We'd be happy to fulfill larger/bulk orders please contact us for pricing.
How should I store my strawberries?
Strawberries should be kept in a cool dry place.
DBCo recommends refrigeration strawberries for optimal freshness. Product can remain at room temperature for 6-8 hours.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email within in 24hours of placing your order to verify pickup/delivery information. Most orders will be ready for pickup/delivery after 72 hours.
What are my pickup/delivery options?
Only purchases over $35 are eligible for delivery and are subject to $9.99 delivery fee. Orders over $100 are eligible for free delivery. Delivery is only available within 20 miles of area code 48146.
During December - March orders are pickup only.
Pickup is available in Lincoln Park, Michigan for all orders. Once your order is received you will be contacted to discuss pickup location/time.
Can I place 'same day' orders?
At this time we are not accepting same day orders. Please contact DBCo directly for any orders needed within 24 - 48 hours. Rush orders are subject to a $40 express fee.
What if I want something not listed on the site?
If you have a specific theme/idea you'd like DBCo to bring to life please fill out our contact form or email us directly.
Do you offer any other chocolate covered treats?
Right now we are offering Detroit's best chocolate covered strawberries. Chocolate covered pretzels are available upon request.
What's your refund policy?
DBCo aims to make sure each customer is satisfied with their order. We do not offer refunds/exchanges but are more than happy to address any concerns. Please view our Refund Policy for more information.
